- Schedule & calendar
- Group classes, weekly classes that keep going until you stop them, and private sessions, with capacity, price, rooms and equipment clash checks.
- Public booking page
- Each studio gets its own booking link, with waivers, intake forms, waitlists and per-instructor links.
- Clients book by typing
- Clients type “book reformer friday 9am”, “move my tuesday class to thursday” or “cancel friday” to book, move, cancel or join a waitlist.
- Studio terminal
- Staff type plain English (“book Jane into Friday 9am”) and nothing changes until they tap Yes.
- Undo
- Type undo to reverse any change from the last 24 hours. Charges, refunds and emails already sent can't be undone, and it says so.
- Daily brief
- A 7am email and an opening brief in the terminal: today's classes, full classes with a waitlist, low bookings, unpaid bookings and anything that needs you.
- Standing rules
- Set it once: cancel classes under a minimum and email everyone, email lapsed clients, nudge the waitlist, remind clients when their pack is low or a booking is unpaid.
- Sub requests
- An instructor types “find me a sub for friday 6pm”. Eligible instructors get an email, and the first to tap Accept gets the class.
- Tap or type on phones
- Every terminal works on a phone: options and yes/no questions are buttons, with suggestion chips and voice input.
- Payments
- Clients pay at the studio, and staff record cash or card payments at the desk. Online card payments through your own Stripe account are coming soon.
- Class packs & memberships
- Credit packs and monthly memberships with a weekly class limit (1, 2, 3 or any number a week), sold at the desk. Buying online by card is coming soon.
- Emails & reminders
- Booking confirmations, cancellations, class reminders, waitlist offers and team invites, sent automatically.
